A hybrid system of dry ice and selected abrasive media was blasted to clean multiple Heat Recovery Steam Generators at a metallurgical producer in Ohio. This cleaning was completed by calibrating a mixture of abrasive media with the dry ice and using Polar Clean’s own patent-pending system. This work was performed by multiple crews working round the clock in twelve hour shifts, to adhere to our client’s strict 48 hour shutdown time frame. BEFORE
