Jennifer Kelm Sergio

General Manager

With 20 years of experience in strategy, growth and operational management and leadership, Jen leads the Polar Clean team with a mission of providing excellent value and service.

A graduate of the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign and the Harvard Business School, Jen holds bachelor’s degrees in Mechanical Engineering and Bioengineering and an MBA. She and her husband live in Chicago with their two daughters.

Sean Simpson

Sean Simpson

Director of Operations

Sean manages our Gulf Coast operations, primarily serving petrochemical, refinery, and power generation clients, from our Houston facilities.

Sean was Polar Clean’s first employee in 2011 and if it can be dry ice blasted, Sean has seen it done. A former firefighter and EMT, Sean now leads Polar Clean’s business in the Gulf Coast region, where he resides with his wife and two sons.

Devin Baier

Devin Baier

Sales Engineering Manager

Devin leads Polar Clean’s sales team with a smile and an impressive breadth of technical knowledge. With many years in the construction industry, Devin focuses his business development efforts on large restoration projects with general contractors.

Devin brings a broad skill set honed as a former tradesman, award-winning high school educator, aquarium servicer, and fishery manager (among other things). Devin lives in Warsaw, Ind. with his wife and two sons.

Reid Chapman

Reid Chapman

Sales and Operations

Reid has covered both sales and operations at Polar Clean, and currently leads operations out of our South Bend, Indiana facility. A mechanical engineer with a get-it-done attitude toward life, Reid’s the guy to put on our toughest tasks. Reid lives in South Bend with his wife and their four dogs.
